Please contact us to inquire about current prices, custom orders, and to place an order. Please expect a 5- to 14-day handling period to accommodate production of your piece. Fulfillment times will vary depending on the complexity of the piece, the current inventory levels, and overall sales volume. In some rare cases, there could be a delay due to a difficulty in procuring the right stones. You will be contacted after the order is confirmed with your expected shipping date. Pieces in stock will ship in two business days. Rush orders can often be accommodated with a surcharge.


We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, please contact us so that we can agree on a resolution. Items returned must be in their original condition and returned within 30 days, with the original packing slip. We will give you a return authorization number that must be included with the package. A restocking fee might be deducted from your refund. Any jewelry sent to us for return, repair or replacement must be shipped prepaid with insurance in order for us to accept it. If the original product is determined to have been defective we will refund the return shipping along with the purchase cost.

Repairs and Replacement

Our handmade jewelry is timeless and is guaranteed for life. Please read more about the production of our jewelry. We will repair any material or workmanship defect. We will happily repair any other damage resulting from use for a nominal fee. Lost earring mates can be replaced by sending the remaining earring to us for copy. Please contact us to determine the replacement or repair value and to get an order number.
